What are Statements?

The type of statement each publisher receives is based on their publisher type.

Trading Platform publishers receive monthly statements that report the publisher’s accrued earnings across all of their properties. Typically this statement shows how much Adligature will pay the publisher based on their NET payment terms.

Premium Publishers receive invoices which report how much money the publisher should have received for previous months’ earnings, and the invoice shows Adligature’s invoiceable commission on their receivables. It’s possible for invoices to be negative if the publisher uses Adligature’s Trading Platform demand sources and Adligature receives more money on the publisher’s behalf than we would invoice on their own receivables.

Who gets Statements?

Monthly statements are generated automatically for any publisher with “Create Statement” enabled. This is the default, so most publishers receive a statement every month.

Statement Status

Newly generated statements start in the “Pending” state, meaning they have not been paid yet — statements are often not due until weeks or months after they are generated, depending on your payment terms.

  • Pending — Not yet paid
  • Paid — Paid (or received, for invoices)
  • Deferred — The total is below the agreed payment threshold for the publisher, and rolls forward

These statuses are managed by Adligature’s accounting team.

Viewing Your Statements

Statements are available from your publisher Network dashboard on Adligature.

To view statements, a user must have the “Stats & Statements” role for the publisher. This can be granted by a publisher administrator via the publisher’s Users & Access section.

With the correct permission, you can view your financial statements on your publisher dashboard: the Payments page lists all of your statements and shows which have been Paid, Deferred, or are still Pending.
