Ads run a lot of crazy code, so when you see something wrong it can be a good idea to give your browser a forced Refresh.

If you see something like blank ads, weird behaviour or our support team has sent you here it is a great idea to do a force refresh.

It is a simple process, but depends on what combination of browser and platform you are using.

Chrome and Mac:

1.  Hold down Shift and click the Reload Button.

2.  Hold down Command, Shift and hit the R key.

Firefox and Mac:

1.  Hold down Command, Shift and hit the R key.

2. Hold down Shift and press Reload Button

Safari:
1. Hold down Option and Command and press E key.

Internet Explorer:

1. Hold Control and press F5.

2.  Hold Control Key and click the Refresh Button

If we missed some, let us know!
