If you Collect Email Addresses from your users, there is a massive opportunity to increase revenue by passing hashed emails into the bid stream.     

Users are not personally identified, but this links them to an advertising profile which will persevere past the end of the post-cookie world.   Many of the DSPs already require this to bid on inventory, and if you add it bids can increase by 100% or more.  

If you have an email list, a forum user list – even just emails from your commenters on the site this could be one of the most under-valued assets you have right now.  

Revenue increases have been substantial with any publisher that sets this up.
